We do not know the history of this building. In the 1956 phone book, this building was home to Davis and Manning, which was apparently a clothing store. In 1961, this building was the home of Manning Ready-to-Wear; it appears that Davis left the partnership. In the 1966 phone book, this space was occupied by Manning Music and this business is found in this space through the 1972 city directory. When Manning closed his business in this space, Bill Parks recalls that it was used for a time by by attorney Andy Hamlet.
